Steward Information

It is the Job Steward’s responsibility to see that our contract is lived up to by both parties, to maintain peace and harmony on the job, and to notify the Business Agent of any violations of our contract. If necessary, call your Business Agent once a week or more. Please carefully read the Instructions to Job Stewards and download the electronic steward pack and forms. Please check this page regularly for updated versions of the steward pack and forms.

• You will need to have Microsoft Excel and Adobe Reader 11 to use the electronic steward pack. To get a free download of Adobe Reader CLICK HERE.
• All Steward reports and forms must be emailed to reports@local798.org AND your Business Agent.
• Please watch all instructional videos before using this spreadsheet.
• Apple iPads cannot be used to do your reports at this time. If you have questions about what type of equipment to purchase, please call the Local 798 Office at 918.622.1900 and ask to speak to the IT Department.
• You will need to call the Local 798 Office at 918.622.1900 to get the password to the protected documents.
