Pipeliners 24th Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Since 1969, the George M. Lambert Scholarship Program has awarded hundreds of scholarships to students enrolled in institutions of higher learning. These scholarships have been made possible through generous contributions to the Voluntary Fund and from donors like you who sponsor the Pipeliners Annual Charity Golf Tournament.

Each year, the scholarship program awards a $7,500 Harry H. Faucett, Jr. Memorial Scholarship to the highest-scoring applicant of the George M. Lambert Scholarship Program, along with ten $3,000 General Scholarships awarded to the next top ten scoring applicants.

This year, please join Pipeliners Local 798, the Pipeline Industry Benefit Fund, and numerous contractors and sister organizations on the golf course to support our youth in their educational goals and pursuits.

Indian Springs Country Club has two beautiful 18-hole courses that allow for us to have 288 spots available to play in this year’s tournament! Availability is on a first-come basis. Please make payment in advance by Friday, March 28, 2025. If payment is not made in advance, we can’t guarantee you a spot.

Each player must have a set of clubs. A limited number of rental clubs will be available at the pro-shop on the day of the tournament at a cost of $85 on a first-come basis. Collared shirts are required, and denim is prohibited on the course.

Title Sponsor
$5,000 – Two (2) Available

As a Title Sponsor, your company’s logo will be on signage, which will be prominently displayed at registration, an entry for one 4-person team, a hole sponsor sign with your company’s logo on hole one of either the Lakes or River course with tent accommodations available (tent brought by Title Sponsor) for you to give away promo items, snacks, and/or drinks on the course..

Drone Drive Sponsor
$3,000 – Two (2) Available

As a Drone Drive Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration and at this specific hole, along with tent accommodations (tent brought by Drone Drive Sponsor) for you to give away promo items, snacks, and/or drinks on the course.

Breakfast Sponsor
$2,000 – One (1) Available

As the Breakfast Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration and at breakfast.

Closest to the Pin Sponsor
$2,000 – Two (2) Available

As a Closest to the Pin Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration and at this specific hole, with tent accommodations (tent brought by Closest to the Pin Sponsor) for you to give away promo items, snacks, and/or drinks on the course, along with your logo displayed next to the prize awarded for the closest to the pin.

Longest Drive Sponsor

As a Longest Drive Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration and at this specific hole, with tent accommodations (tent brought by Longest Drive Sponsor) for you to give away promo items, snacks, and/or drinks on the course, along with your logo displayed next to the prize awarded for the longest drive.

Putting Challenge Sponsor
$2,000 – One (1) Available

As the Putting Challenge Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration and at the putting green, with tent accommodations (tent brought by Putting Challenge Sponsor) for you to give away promo items, snacks, and/or drinks on the course, along with your logo displayed next to the prize for winning the putting challenge.

Specialty Hole Sponsor
$1,000 – Eighteen (18) Available

As a Specialty Hole Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration and at this specific hole, with tent accommodations (tent brought by Specialty Hole Sponsor) for you to give away promo items, snacks, and/or drinks on the course. Be fun and creative by bringing a game for players to play, or speakers for music, it’s up to you!

Hole Sponsor
$800 – Unlimited

Your company name and logo will be on a sign on a hole at the golf course.

Raffle Sponsor
$500 – Unlimited

As a raffle sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage next to all the raffle prizes. This allows those in attendance to possibly win a great prize that you’ve generously contributed to.
